ADVOCATING

SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS

SUPPORTING PRESENT AND FUTURE LEADERS OF CHARITIES

The Telos Foundation helps leaders to be successful within their charitable organisations and then sustain that success over the long-term.

We offer bursaries to applicants wanting to attend Windsor Leadership  programmes. Windsor Leadership provides transformational leadership programmes for senior leaders across all sectors, including corporate, public, military, education, faith and not-for-profit.

Their programmes, held at Windsor Castle, focus on facilitated learning in a peer-to-peer environment. Windsor Leadership challenges leaders to think differently, explore their own leadership style and consider the wider impact of their leadership, as they strive to support ‘Exceptional Leaders, Leading for Good’.

STRENGTHENING CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS LEADING THE DEBATE

The Telos Foundation supports key charitable organisations that are leading the dialogue on sustainable success.

We are the stewards of the name and legacy of Tomorrow's Company.

Tomorrow’s Company is an independent think tank that design, conduct and publish research to add to the collective knowledge of long term organisational success. Tomorrow's Company advocates an approach to the leadership of organisations, to create benefit for stakeholders and society through a focus on purpose, values, relationships and the long term. Previously operating as the Centre for Tomorrow’s Company, it has come to the end of its successful life as a charity. The trustees of The Telos Foundation have formed an advisory board with Tomorrow’s Company to renew its future.

FACILITATING THE RIGHT CONVERSATIONS

The Telos Foundation seeks to encourage leaders of charities to meet together to share their experiences.

We are Friends of Cumberland Lodge, the Windsor-based charity founded in 1947 to empower people, through dialogue and debate, to tackle the causes and effects of social division. Cumberland Lodge tackles silo thinking by convening multi-sector conferences, panel debates, seminars and retreats on pressing societal and ethical issues, involving people of all backgrounds, ages and perspectives. This charitable work is largely funded by individuals and organisations who book the stunning rooms and facilities of Cumberland Lodge, a 17th-century former royal residence in the heart of Windsor Great Park, for their own conferences, meetings and special events.
